MSN Money - Hot housing market for Q3 & the fourth quarter 2003: "Home prices in 125 metro areas (in thousands of dollars)

Housing prices rose 1.7% in the fourth quarter, but were still up 11.2% overall in 2004 -- the biggest annual rise in 25 years. How much has your home increased in value?

I guess the bigger question is how much is this impacting real estate businesses? And, also businesses who specialize along with the real estate - from accounting/admin to marketing. Who's also going to be left behind when the bubble bursts?
